Individual Therapy

Insight matters. But sometimes understanding why you feel this way is not enough to help you feel differently.

You may have spent years being responsible, self-aware, and good at functioning under pressure. From the outside, you may look capable. Inside, anxiety, exhaustion, shame, old trauma, or relationship patterns may keep taking up more space than you want them to.

Therapy may help when you are experiencing

  • Anxiety, chronic worry, or a nervous system that rarely settles
  • Burnout, emotional exhaustion, or caregiver fatigue
  • Trauma symptoms or painful experiences that still feel present
  • Perfectionism, self-criticism, or never feeling “good enough”
  • Difficulty setting boundaries without guilt
  • Relationship patterns you understand but keep repeating
  • Disconnection from yourself, your needs, or your sense of direction
  • Major transitions, grief, identity questions, or feeling stuck

How we might work

Our work may include conversation and insight, but it will not be limited to them. Depending on your needs, we may use EMDR, parts work, Gestalt therapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and practical tools for regulation and change. Therapy is collaborative: I will offer direction and honest reflection while respecting your pace, autonomy, and lived experience.

The goal is not to become endlessly better at tolerating a life that does not fit. It is to understand what you need, heal what is asking for care, and make room for a more fully lived life.
